China to Step up International Cooperation on Scarce Resources like Cobalt, Lithium, Copper, Aluminium

The China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association said that China shall put the improvement of resource security capabilities in a more important position and promote international cooperation on copper, aluminum and other scarce resources as well as nickel, cobalt, lithium and other "emerging minerals" development.
