According to SMM, China metallurgical-grade alumina output in October (31 calendar days) was 6.68 million mt with daily output of 215,400 mt, down 0.61% MoM but up 10.3% YoY. The operating capacity of alumina was 78.61 million mt and the domestic operating rates stood at 81.1%.
