[SMM Survey: Operating Rates of Rolling Lines in Central China Increased Slightly, Rebar Capacity Utilisation Rose While Wire Rod Declined] During the survey period (February 11 to February 17), the operating rates and capacity utilisation rates of rebar rolling lines in steel mills in the Central China region both increased; the operating rates of wire rod rolling lines increased slightly, while the capacity utilisation rates declined slightly.
