In the high-end silicon steel production workshop of Xinwanxin, fully automated production lines are operating at high speed. Silicon steel coils as thin as cicada wings move steadily under the traction of precision equipment. After multiple processes such as rolling, annealing, and coating, they are transformed into high-end soft magnetic materials suitable for NEVs, drones, and medical devices. As a national high-tech enterprise specializing in soft magnetic materials made from silicon steel, Xinwanxin has long established industry-university-research partnerships with institutions like the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the University of Science and Technology Beijing, effectively translating scientific and technological achievements into practical applications. Keeping pace with industry development, Xinwanxin launched a 120,000 mt/year high-end silicon steel relocation and technological transformation project in 2022. By 2025, most of the project's equipment had been put into operation. The first phase is expected to produce 80,000 mt of high magnetic induction grain-oriented silicon steel and 40,000 mt of thin-gauge silicon steel strips annually, with an output value of approximately 1.4 billion yuan. In the future, the company will continue to focus on high-end, intelligent, and green development, accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system, improving quality and efficiency, and enhancing competitive advantages.
