SHANGHAI, May 19 (SMM) – Electrode prices temporarily stabilised this week as raw material prices stopped falling. The ex-factory prices of carbon electrodes were 13,400-13,800 yuan/mt and those of graphite electrodes were 18,000-19,000 yuan/mt. However, fierce competition is expected to expose electrode prices to downside risks.
