SHANGHAI, May 4 (SMM) – Co3O4 prices edged lower last week. LCO producers stocked up ahead of the Labour Day holiday and lowered purchase prices. Co3O4 prices have already fallen below the costs of some producers, leaving them unwilling to sell.
