SHANGHAI, Sep 5 (SMM) - Cobalt sulphate prices climbed last week. Due to rising price coefficient of battery scrap and overseas prices, smelters who use either battery scrap or intermediate products as raw materials reported higher costs. Most deals were done between 58,000-59,000 yuan/mt, which greatly enhanced the confidence of smelters. Higher costs also encouraged smelters to raise their quotations significantly.
