SHANGHAI, Sep 1 (SMM) – SMM survey showed that an alumina refinery in Shandong has shut down one 900,000 mt/year alumina production line recently following an accident, which is estimated to affect 70,000-75,000 mt of alumina output. The refinery is expected to resume its production in mid-to-late September.
