The average operating rate of primary lead smelters in three provinces was 67.57% this week (November 7, 2025 - November 13, 2025), remaining flat WoW.
This week, production at small-scale smelters in Henan that had previously resumed operations remained flat WoW but had not yet reached full capacity, while smelters in Hunan and Yunnan maintained stable production. In other regions, maintenance resumption at one smelter in east China was delayed to next week and had not resumed production this week, while another smelter is expected to undergo maintenance inspection next week. Production plans at other smelters have not been adjusted yet, and the maintenance plan for a smelter in east China originally scheduled for routine maintenance in Q4 is tentatively set for month-end November.
