Beijing (Gasgoo)- On Nov. 3, global mobility technology provider ECARX released its unaudited financial results for the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, reporting its first-ever quarterly net profit since listing.
Revenue for the quarter reached $219.9 million, up 11% year-on-year and 41% quarter-on-quarter, driven by strong shipment growth and improved gross margins. Total shipments rose to approximately 667,000 units, surging 51% from a year ago, including a record 196,000 units of the Antora series powered by SiEngine's SE1000 SoC. The company also began large-scale production of its Pikes® computing platform, built on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chipset.
ECARX reported $8.3 million in adjusted EBITDA and $0.9 million in net profit, marking a significant milestone toward sustainable profitability. The company credited its performance to global business expansion, vertical integration, and enhanced supply chain efficiency.
In Q3, ECARX secured a second program with a leading European automaker, adding approximately $400 million in lifetime revenue to its order pipeline. The company's technologies now power around 10 million vehicles worldwide, underscoring its growing role as a core technology partner for global automakers.
To further strengthen its capital position, ECARX entered into an agreement to issue up to $150 million in convertible notes to ATW Partners. The company said the additional funding will support international expansion, product innovation, and future growth.
