On October 16, 2025, at the signing ceremony of the China CRRC Modern Industry Chain Integration Development Co-Chain Initiative Conference (held in Changchun, Jilin), Tianhai Hydrogen Energy, a subsidiary of Tianhai Industry under Beijing Jingcheng Machinery Electric, formally signed the "Industry-Finance Integration Agreement under the China CRRC Modern Industry Chain Co-Chain Initiative Framework Agreement" with CRRC Capital Management Co., Ltd., a company under the China CRRC Group.
This collaboration has a solid preliminary foundation—in September 2025, a fund primarily initiated by CRRC Capital had already participated in Tianhai Hydrogen Energy's Series A financing, paving the way for deepened cooperation between the two parties. This partnership not only implements the requirements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the MIIT to promote the integrated development of industry chains, but also represents a practical collaboration between central and local state-owned enterprises (China CRRC is a central state-owned enterprise, while Beijing Jingcheng Machinery Electric is a local state-owned enterprise) in jointly building an industry chain.
As a key enterprise in Beijing Jingcheng Machinery Electric's strategic layout in the hydrogen energy sector, Tianhai Hydrogen Energy specializes in the R&D and promotion of hydrogen storage and transportation equipment and system solutions. It is a benchmark enterprise in this field in China and is currently accelerating product iteration and global market expansion to promote the large-scale application of hydrogen energy. In the future, the two parties will leverage their respective advantages (CRRC Capital's capital and industry chain resources, and Tianhai Hydrogen Energy's storage and transportation equipment technology) to collaboratively build an innovative ecosystem for the hydrogen energy industry, contributing to the high-quality development of China's hydrogen energy industry and the construction of a modern industrial system.
