Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Anhui Province issued an announcement to solicit public opinions on the "Draft Implementation Plan for the Construction of Pilot Platforms in Anhui's Manufacturing Sector (2025-2027)".
The document points out that in the field of new energy, focusing on advanced PV, new-type ESS, hydrogen and ammonia energy, and other key areas, with a focus on breakthroughs in key technologies such as perovskite and tandem batteries, building-integrated photovoltaics, efficient electrolysis for hydrogen production, and low-temperature, low-pressure conversion of hydrogen, ammonia, and alcohol, several pilot platforms with industry-leading capabilities will be constructed. These platforms will conduct performance optimization of critical materials, reliability verification of core components, and system integration process scaling tests, accelerating the engineering validation and industrialisation application of long-life ESS and high-density hydrogen storage and transportation equipment.

To accelerate the construction of pilot platforms in the manufacturing sector, enhance the supply capacity of pilot services, improve the level of scientific and technological achievement transformation, and support the high-quality development of our province's key industries, our department has drafted the "Implementation Plan for the Construction of Pilot Platforms in Anhui's Manufacturing Sector (2025-2027) (Draft for Comments)" (see attachment). We are now soliciting public opinions. Given the urgency of the task, the period for soliciting opinions is from July 28 to August 8, 2025.
