The ex-factory prices of mainstream tax-included secondary refined lead sources had a premium of 0-50 yuan/mt against the SMM #1 lead average price. The mainstream tax-excluded prices ranged from 15,800 to 15,850 yuan/mt. The willingness to sell among secondary lead smelters was average. Due to the firm prices, downstream battery producers showed low interest in inquiring about prices, and their just-in-time procurement leaned towards primary lead, resulting in sluggish refined lead transactions.
