Today, the SMM #1 lead average price fell by 25 yuan/mt from yesterday to 16,700 yuan/mt. The ex-factory prices of mainstream tax-included secondary refined lead supplies in regions such as Jiangsu, Henan, and Sichuan were at a premium of 50-130 yuan/mt against the SMM #1 lead average price, while those in regions such as Jiangxi and Hunan were on par with the SMM #1 lead average price. The mainstream ex-factory prices without tax ranged from 15,750 yuan/mt to 15,850 yuan/mt. The willingness to sell among secondary lead smelters was low, with downstream buyers purchasing on demand, resulting in sluggish overall transactions.
