The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the National Energy Administration jointly issued the Notice on Matters Related to Orderly Promoting the Direct Connection Development of Green Electricity, aiming to solve the problem of direct supply of new energy through national top-level design. TONZE Hydrogen Energy focuses on green electricity-to-hydrogen solutions, and the direct connection of green electricity will undoubtedly bring broader and feasible application scenarios.
The so-called direct connection refers to the power supply not being directly connected to the public power grid, but instead supplying power to a single user through power lines directly connected to the user, with the supplied electricity being clearly traceable physically. At this stage, the power sources for direct connection of green electricity are new energies such as wind, solar, and biomass energy, including both newly built power sources and existing new energy projects that have not yet carried out grid connection engineering construction or are unable to be connected to the grid due to reasons such as limited new energy consumption capacity.
The policy requires green electricity direct connection projects to enhance flexible regulation capabilities and limit the peak-to-valley difference in power exchange with the main power grid. The flexible load characteristics of electrolyzers perfectly match this requirement—consuming surplus electricity for hydrogen production during peak periods of new energy generation and releasing stored hydrogen for energy supply during valley periods, even participating in power ancillary services to generate revenue. This "hydrogen production as energy storage" model makes TONZE Hydrogen Energy's fully off-grid hydrogen production solutions (such as Hydrizon Green Hydrogen Hub) a natural carrier for policy implementation.

Relying on a solid R&D and production system and in-depth control over the entire process of electrolyzers, TONZE Hydrogen Energy possesses strong capabilities to quickly respond to policies and transform technological advantages into market opportunities. The institutional dividends released by the direct connection of green electricity will accelerate the application and promotion of TONZE Hydrogen Energy's core hardware and software products in green hydrogen demonstration projects, driving the company to achieve key leaps in hydrogen source cleanliness and cost competitiveness in large-scale hydrogen production, and gaining the initiative in the hydrogen energy industry competition under the "dual carbon" goals.
