2. Registration Qualification Requirements

- 2. The registrant must not be listed as a dishonest debtor by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any credit information sharing platform at various levels.
- 3. The registrant shall have the capability to fulfill this procurement project (upload a commitment letter of fulfillment capability)
