July 11, Guangdong Energy Bureau's Public Notice on Recommended Hydrogen Energy Pilot Projects in the Energy Sector.
According to the notice, seven hydrogen energy projects are included: Waste Resource Utilization Project in Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province; Long-Distance Low-Cost Efficient Gaseous Hydrogen Transportation Demonstration; Guangdong Zhongke Jiancheng Low-Temperature Storage and Transportation Equipment Manufacturing Project; MW-level Long-Cycle PV-Liquid Hydrogen Coupled Comprehensive Energy Utilization Demonstration; Foshan Nanhai China's First Hydrogen Energy for All Smart Energy Demonstration Community Project; Nanhai District Hydrogen Energy Regional Pilot; and Zhanjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone Hydrogen Energy Low-Carbon Transition Pilot.
Applicant entities include Zhongpeng Future (Guangdong Nanhai) Technology Co., Ltd., Guangdong Yuntao Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Guangdong Jiancheng Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Advanced Cryogenic Technology Research Institute, Zhongke Rungu Smart Energy Technology (Foshan) Co., Ltd., Foshan Development and Reform Bureau, and Zhanjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee.

Guangdong Energy Bureau's Public Notice on Recommended Hydrogen Energy Pilot Projects in the Energy Sector
In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice from the General Office of the National Energy Administration on Organizing Hydrogen Energy Pilot Work in the Energy Sector" (Guoneng Zongtong Keji [2025] No. 91), after organizing applications and expert reviews, our bureau intends to recommend seven projects (see attachment) for reporting and hereby announces them for public consultation.
The consultation period is from July 11 to July 17. For any objections to the listed projects, please submit feedback to our bureau during this period. Individuals providing feedback should include their real name, contact information, and supporting materials. Organizations should provide their official name (with seal), contact person, contact information, and supporting materials.
