Guangdong Construction Engineering Group Corporation Limited announced that on July 4, 2025, Guangdong Yuantian, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, received the "Letter of Acceptance" from Shenzhen Pengcheng Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. The consortium composed of Guangdong Yuantian and Guangdong Zhensen (with Guangdong Yuantian as the sponsor and Guangdong Zhensen as the member) won the bid for the "Design and Construction General Contracting (EPC) of the Lanjun Energy Storage Power Station Project in the Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone," with a winning bid price of 1.888 billion yuan, including 1.876 billion yuan for construction and 12 million yuan for design. The project plans to build a 300MW/1200MWh standalone ESS power station, along with a supporting 220kV step-up substation, which will be connected to the Shenzhen power grid via a 220kV transmission line.
