Today, the SMM 1# lead average price fell by 25 yuan/mt from yesterday to 16,925 yuan/mt. East China saw a discount of 50-0 yuan/mt against the SMM 1# lead average price, while Central China had a discount ranging from 100-0 yuan/mt against the SMM 1# lead average price. Quotations were scarce in Southwest, South, and North China. The mainstream ex-factory prices of tax-free refined lead were around 15,850-15,950 yuan/mt. Downstream enterprises had a general willingness to purchase, with some restocking at lower prices yesterday. Today's transactions were limited.
