Today, the SMM 1# lead average price remained flat compared to yesterday at 17,000 yuan/mt. The quotes from secondary lead smelters were basically flat compared to yesterday, with some cargo prices adjusted downward due to poor transactions. The discounts for tax-included secondary refined lead cargoes against the SMM 1# lead average price ranged from 170 to 0 yuan/mt, while some cargoes were quoted at a premium of around 50 yuan/mt. The mainstream ex-factory prices for tax-excluded refined lead were between 15,950 and 16,000 yuan/mt. Downstream enterprises restocked based on immediate needs.
