2. Registration Qualification Requirements
- 1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity or other organization within the territory of the People's Republic of China; registrants from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan must provide a registration certificate from their respective regions.
- 2. The registrant shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.
- 3. The registrant shall not be listed on the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website.
- 4. The registrant shall possess the transportation capacity for NEVs or vehicles meeting National VI or higher emission standards.
- 5. This procurement accepts producers.
