II. Registration Qualification Requirements
- 1. Applicants must be independent legal entities or other organizations within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
- 2. Applicants shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.
- 3. Applicants shall not be listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website.
- 4. Applicants shall possess the transportation capacity for NEVs or vehicles meeting National VI or higher emission standards.
- 5. Producers are acceptable for this procurement.
