Today, the SMM 1# lead average price fell by 50 yuan/mt from yesterday to 16,725 yuan/mt. Secondary lead smelters mainly delivered goods under long-term contracts, with limited spot order quotations. The ex-factory prices of mainstream secondary refined lead were at a discount of 30-0 yuan/mt against the SMM 1# lead average price. The ex-factory prices excluding tax followed the decline to a limited extent, reported at around 15,800 yuan/mt. Downstream enterprises restocked based on immediate needs, with spot purchases favoring tax-inclusive secondary refined lead supplies. It is reported that some secondary refined lead could be delivered to downstream enterprises at a discount.
