2. Registration Qualification Requirements

- 2. The applicant must not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any credit information sharing platform at any level.
- 3. The applicant must possess a Construction Enterprise Qualification Certificate (with a qualification category and level of Grade III or above for general contracting of metallurgical engineering construction).
- 4. This procurement accepts producers.
