Today, PetroChina opened bids for a 100kW electrolytic hydrogen production unit.
The tender announcement indicated that, in response to the national "dual carbon" strategy and to systematically carry out research on diversified electrolytic water hydrogen production routes, the PetroChina Shenzhen New Energy Research Institute plans to conduct design optimization and processing integration of electrolytic hydrogen production units for scientific research and demonstration projects on electrolytic water hydrogen production, to verify the feasibility of the technical route. Against the backdrop of global efforts to actively address climate change and advance the "dual carbon" goals, hydrogen energy, as a clean energy carrier, has become an important direction for China's energy strategic transformation. PetroChina Shenzhen New Energy Research Institute Co., Ltd. continues to conduct research on electrolytic hydrogen production technology. To further carry out technical verification and demonstration applications, the Shenzhen Institute plans to conduct optimized design based on the preliminary scheme design and integrate a 100kW-scale electrolytic hydrogen production unit with a hydrogen production capacity of no less than 20Nm³/h.
Scope of tender: Optimization design, processing integration, and testing services for electrolytic units.
Delivery date: Within 4 months from the effective date of the contract signing.
Warranty period: A 1-year quality warranty is provided for this product from the date of delivery.
This project does not accept joint ventures, subcontracting, or outsourcing.
According to the announcement, the first-ranked candidate for the bid award is Aodeyuan New Materials (Shijiazhuang) Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 1.86 million yuan;
the second-ranked candidate is Fuxin Zhongqing Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 1.94 million yuan;
the third-ranked candidate is Deqing Hengchuan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 2.18 million yuan.
