Wison Holdings Limited announced that on May 27, 2025, State Grid Corporation of China ("State Grid") unveiled the results of its first tender for metering equipment procurement in 2025. Among the winners, Wasion Group Limited, a subsidiary of the company, secured contracts for approximately 786,000 smart meters and current and voltage transformers for metering, with a total contract value of approximately 185.7 million yuan.
In addition, Wision Information Technology Co., Ltd., another subsidiary of the company, also won a contract for approximately 31,000 dedicated transformer acquisition terminals, with a total contract value of approximately 46.83 million yuan. The company ranked first in terms of the total contract value obtained in this tender. As of the date of this announcement, the company had secured contracts with a cumulative value of approximately 232.5 million yuan through centralized tenders by State Grid in 2025.
