For example, the wholesale price of the main model 48V20Ah is 480-500 yuan/set. Manufacturers in Hebei reported that the off-season in the e-bike battery market continued, with dealers purchasing cautiously. To avoid inventory accumulation, factories had already implemented production cuts in May, with the operating rate of production lines at 60-70%, and raw material lead was purchased as needed. Manufacturers in Jiangxi reported that the demand in the e-bike battery market was weak, coupled with the substitution impact of emerging battery products such as lithium batteries and sodium-ion batteries, making off-season consumption even more sluggish. Currently, the factory operating rate is maintained at 70-80%, with a decline in the purchasing frequency of raw material lead. Additionally, as the Dragon Boat Festival holiday approaches, the factory plans to take a 2-day break.
