On May 16, the Yancheng Municipal Development and Reform Commission issued the Notice on Launching the Application Process for Special Fund Projects for the Pilot Development of New Energy Industry Integration Clusters in Yancheng City in 2025.
The document states that the scope of support includes projects that comply with the national and Jiangsu Provincial industrial policies and focus on cultivating and developing industry chains such as wind power, PV, hydrogen energy, and ESS, as outlined in the Yancheng City Demonstration Implementation Plan for New Energy Industry Integration Clusters. Support will be provided for major core and key technology research projects, major industrialisation projects, major innovation platform projects, application scenario integration demonstration projects, and public service platform projects.
The application conditions require that the total investment for major core and key technology research projects, major industrialisation projects, and application scenario integration demonstration projects should, in principle, be no less than 100 million yuan, while the total investment for major innovation platform projects and public service platform projects should, in principle, be no less than 20 million yuan.
Projects must be implemented within Yancheng City, possess relevant construction conditions, and, in principle, should have already commenced construction.
