2. Registration Qualification Requirements
- 1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the People's Republic of China.
- 2. The registrant must not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any level of credit information sharing platform.
- 3. The registrant must be a producer with a valid ISO9000 quality management system certification.
- 4. The registrant must have at least one successful supply contract in the same category within the past three years, with a quantity of no less than 5 sets.
- 5. The products offered by the registrant must undergo technical exchange with Hongyu Company before registration and bidding (exchange phone number: 6713916).
- 6. This procurement accepts producers.
