SMM April 24 News: According to SMM communication, as of this Thursday (April 24), the total zinc ingot inventory in seven regions monitored by SMM was 85,800 mt, a decrease of 14,200 mt compared to April 17 and a decrease of 7,200 mt compared to April 21, indicating a domestic inventory reduction. During the week, arrivals in Shanghai and Guangdong were relatively low, leading to significant inventory declines in these two regions. In Tianjin, recent arrivals slightly increased, but downstream purchasing enthusiasm weakened due to previous low-price restocking, resulting in relatively small overall inventory changes. Overall, the inventory in the original three regions decreased by 6,400 mt, while the inventory in the seven regions decreased by 7,200 mt. Click to view the SMM metal industry chain database.
