On April 16, Jingmen Mengshi Clean Energy Co., Ltd. issued a tender announcement for the procurement of solar panels for a distributed PV power plant. The company plans to purchase N-type 610Wp double-glass modules or N-type 615Wp double-glass modules, with a procurement scale of 12.5MW.
The bid control price for this project is 0.75 yuan/W, and any bid price exceeding the tender control price will be invalid.
The tender scope includes (but is not limited to) the solar panel products themselves, transportation to the project site, insurance, special tools, spare parts, guidance for installation of component equipment, coordination in system commissioning and acceptance, training, and other related services.
This project does not accept joint bids, and subcontracting or partial subcontracting is not allowed. The bid opening time is May 6, 2025.
