On April 16, PowerChina New Energy Company announced the list of winning candidates for the EPC general contracting of the low-carbon transformation PV project in the PowerChina Tacheng Shawan Industrial Park.
A total of 3 companies were selected, namely: Central Southern China Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. - Sinohydro Bureau 11 Co., Ltd., Chengdu Hydroelectric Investigation & Design Institute Co., Ltd., and Guiyang Hydroelectric Investigation & Design Institute Co., Ltd.
The project is invested and constructed by PowerChina (Shawan) New Energy Co., Ltd., with an AC side installed capacity of 800MW and a DC side installed capacity of 994.08384MW. According to the bid price conversion, the unit price ranges from 1.29 to 1.292 yuan/W. This tender does not include components, energy storage systems, and battery equipment.
