Electromagnetic Iron Remover
This product can effectively remove extremely small ferromagnetic impurities (micron and sub-micron level) from materials and is widely used in various fields of the lithium battery industry (lithium chemicals, cathode materials, anode materials, and related auxiliary materials).
The ordinary type with a background magnetic field of 3,500 GS and the high-efficiency type with a background magnetic field of 6,000 GS meet the needs of different materials. Through control design and efficient cooling design, stable magnetic output, lower operating temperature, and energy consumption are ensured, making the equipment more stable and durable.
Automatic Scraper Iron Remover
This product achieves online automatic cleaning of ferromagnetic impurities in powder materials without stopping the material flow. The patented double-seal design ensures no powder leakage during operation, with high efficiency, avoiding the need for shutdown and manual cleaning in ordinary manual iron removers. It also provides solutions for positive pressure conditions and materials with poor liquidity and weak magnetism.
Automatic Slurry Iron Remover
