JISCO Group May 2025 PCI Coal Concentrated Procurement Notice

II. Registration Qualification Requirements
- 1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the People's Republic of China; the bidder should have the capability to respond to the tender project.
- 2. The registrant must not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any level of credit information sharing platform.
- 3. The registrant may register for individual materials based on the procurement content and must specify the material code and name.
- 4. The registrant should, in principle, be a producer. Non-producers must upload the producer's authorization letter, authorization period, resource tax payment certificate of the mining enterprise, and the producer's contact information.
III. Registration Method
- Suppliers must respond to the notice within the specified time frame by logging into the electronic tender and bid system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/). Unregistered suppliers need to complete the registration first, then click on the corresponding procurement notice "I Want to Register" and fill in the relevant information.

- April 13, 2025, 17:30
