[SMM Hydrogen Policy Update] Henan: "Implementation Plan for Large-Scale Equipment Renewal and Consumer Goods Trade-in in Henan Province in 2025"

On March 26, the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Department of Finance issued a notice on the "Implementation Plan for Expanding Large-scale Equipment Renewal and Consumer Goods Trade-in in Henan Province in 2025." The plan specifies support for the replacement of new energy heavy-duty trucks in key regions. It coordinates existing funding channels to support the replacement of heavy-duty trucks (with a tonnage of over 31 mt and a system power of ≥120 kW) with hydrogen fuel cells within the scope of the fuel cell vehicle demonstration application in the Zhengzhou city cluster, providing an additional subsidy of up to 150,000 yuan per vehicle based on the current subsidy standards. It also supports the replacement of a batch of old diesel and fuel commercial vehicles in key industries such as dump trucks, mixers, tractors, and municipal sanitation, with the use of pure electric heavy-duty trucks.
