Environmentally Friendly Extraction Tank
1. Material and Equipment Selection
Uses extruded all-plastic A-board or laminated all-plastic A-board, custom-sized processing to reduce welding proportion; German imported semi-automatic extrusion welding gun, uniform discharge, stable temperature control, and good welding quality.
2. Mixing Tank Structural Design
Added diversion tube to improve mixing effect and suction force; optimized baffle to reduce centrifugal separation in the mixing chamber; labyrinth water seal to reduce gas volatilization and improve operation.
3. Stirring Paddle Design
Low-speed operation can meet mixing and suction requirements, reducing gas dissolution. Uses the company's patented product—laminated fiberglass integrated stirring paddle, with excellent corrosion resistance, good dynamic balance and rigidity, and long service life.
4. Clarification Tank Structural Design
From the trumpet-shaped feed port—deflection groove—ring grid—IMI clarification partition, to the end aggregation plate, gradually improving clarification rate and reducing two-phase entrainment. Thread adjustment controls two-phase ratio and reflux flow, easy to operate with high adjustment accuracy. Installed external plexiglass sight glass for easy observation.
PPH/HDPE Equipment
PPH and HDPE spiral winding storage tank products mainly use extrusion winding seamless technology to produce polypropylene and high-density polyethylene plastic anti-corrosion equipment, including various specifications of tank bodies, troughs, towers, and pipelines.
