(2) Production Business License
3.3 Bidders must meet the following registered capital requirements:
Production Registered Capital: 500 (10,000 yuan) and above
Distribution Registered Capital: 500 (10,000 yuan) and above
3.4 Bidders must meet the following performance requirements:
Provide a contract for ferromolybdenum and the corresponding invoice scan or copy before September 30, 2024
3.5 Bidders must meet the following capability, financial, and other requirements:

3.6 For projects that must be tendered according to law, bids from discredited persons subject to enforcement are invalid.

4.1 Interested bidders are invited to log in to the Ansteel Smart Tender Platform at http://bid.ansteel.cn to download the electronic procurement documents from 09:00 on March 27, 2025 to 13:00 on April 3, 2025 (Beijing time, the same hereinafter).
4.2 Method for Downloading Electronic Procurement Documents: Users log in to the system homepage, check the project under "Announcement Information", click "I Want to Bid", complete relevant information, pay related fees, and then download the documents themselves.
