【SMM Hydrogen Policy Update】Henan: Land for Guaranteed Hydrogen Refueling Stations and Other Business Outlets Excluded from "De-stocking Cycle" Regulation

On March 24, the General Office of the People's Government of Henan Province issued several opinions on supporting the high-quality development of the Yushang Economic and Technological Development Zone. The opinions stated that commercial and service land in the Yushang Economic and Technological Development Zone, which is self-held by the owner and not for exports, land for affordable housing projects and talent apartments, and land for public facility business outlets such as gas stations, gas filling stations, and hydrogen refueling stations, are not included in the "de-stocking cycle" regulation scope.
