[SMM Hydrogen Policy Update] Jinchang, Gansu: Building an Integrated Wind and Solar Power, Hydrogen, Ammonia, and Methanol Industrial Base

On March 20, the Office of the People's Government of Jinchang City issued a notice on the implementation plan for the main goals and key tasks of the 2025 Provincial Government Work Report. The notice pointed out: vigorously cultivate future industries, focus on cutting-edge directions such as hydrogen energy and new-type energy storage, commercial aerospace, low-altitude economy, artificial intelligence, and quantum information, plan a batch of demonstration projects, and create future industrial clusters. Actively promote models such as generation-grid-load-storage integration, microgrids, and green electricity parks, advance the industrialisation of green electricity hydrogen production, and build integrated industrial bases for wind and solar power, hydrogen, ammonia, and alcohol.
