SMM EMM Daily Review: Tug-of-War Between Sellers and Buyers Continues, Market Remains Consolidating. The average spot price of EMM in the main production area was 13,300-13,500 yuan/mt, flat MoM; the average FOB price was $1,845-1,875/mt, flat MoM. Supply side, EMM plants' external quotations showed relatively small fluctuations, mostly maintaining at 13,500 yuan/mt, with some EMM plants showing weak willingness to actively quote. Demand side, downstream steel mills were cautious in purchasing EMM, and the downstream demand for EMM in the market was currently weak.
