SMM, February 28:
As of February 28, 2025, the finished product inventories of secondary lead smelters stood at 13,740 mt, a decrease of 3,550 mt WoW. With the arrival of March and the end of the Chinese New Year impact, downstream battery producers have shown increased demand for a new round of purchases, and recent inquiries have been active. Suppliers reported improved transactions of lead ingots, and the in-plant inventories of secondary lead smelters continued to decline.
