[Steel Tender Update - High-Carbon Ferrochrome] Xinyu Steel has announced a new round of tender prices for high-carbon ferrochrome. The tax-inclusive factory acceptance pricing for FeCr51.5C900 high-carbon ferrochrome (processed blocks) is set at 7,900 yuan/mt (50% metal content). The tender on January 14 failed, showing an increase of 430 yuan/mt (50% metal content) compared to the price of 7,470 yuan/mt (50% metal content) on December 23, 2024. The tender procurement quantity is 600 mt, with a required delivery date before February 21, 2025.
