Mainstream transaction prices for 1# zinc were at 23,585~23,795 yuan/mt. In the early trading session, the market quoted the 2502 contract at parity. During the second trading session, ordinary domestic brands were quoted at parity against the 2502 contract, while high-end brand Shuangyan had no quotations for the 2502 contract. As the Chinese New Year approaches next week, most market traders were on holiday today, significantly reducing market supply. Downstream inquiries and purchases were nearly absent, premiums slightly declined, and overall trading remained sluggish.
