Demand side, downstream restocking for rigid demand was basically completed, and the spot market trading atmosphere was sluggish. Overall, due to the impact of the domestic Chinese New Year holiday, spot market transactions gradually became inactive, and refined cobalt prices are expected to fluctuate relatively small in the short term.
