SMM January 22 News: Dealers in Jiangxi Province reported that the end-use consumption of electric bicycle lead-acid batteries in the market was sluggish, with no significant change in battery sales. Therefore, pre-holiday inventory buildup was limited, and the current battery inventory stands at 15-20 days. Additionally, the main model 48V20Ah is wholesaled at 420 yuan per unit. Manufacturers in Jiangsu Province reported weak demand for electric bicycle lead-acid batteries in the market. Pre-holiday inventory buildup by dealers was limited, and factories are expected to start their holiday on January 23 and resume operations on the tenth day of the Chinese New Year. Moreover, the factory holiday this year is expected to be 3-4 days longer than last year. Manufacturers in Zhejiang Province reported that the Chinese New Year atmosphere is becoming more pronounced in the electric bicycle lead-acid battery market. With an increasing number of migrant workers returning to their hometowns, factory workshops are gradually shutting down and are expected to officially start their holiday on January 25. Post-holiday operations are planned to resume on the seventh day of the Chinese New Year.
