Beijing (Gasgoo)- During the Auto China 2024 in Beijing, LiDAR solution provider LiangDao Intelligence and unmanned vehicle developer GoFurther.AI signed a strategic cooperation agreement, aiming to promote the mass production and innovative application of lateral LiDAR in the autonomous driving field.
GoFurther.AI's Tengwu (name in Chinese pinyin) unmanned vehicle is designed for various terminal logistics scenarios such as express delivery, factories, and parks, featuring Level-4 autonomous driving capability. With a 3-centimeter-level high-precision positioning navigation, it can smoothly operate in various complex indoor and outdoor conditions.
The vehicle offers customizable cargo boxes to meet diverse demands in logistics, retail, patrols, and charging. Equipped with four LiangDao Intelligence’s lateral LiDAR units (LDSatellite®), it achieves 360° perception of its surroundings. Currently, the vehicle has been deployed as scheduled delivery and timed delivery vehicles in factories and parks.
As a leading provider of LiDAR perception systems, LiangDao Intelligence prioritizes technological co-innovation between China and Germany. With years of experience and research in perception functionality, LiangDao Intelligence introduced the automotive-grade high-performance lateral LiDAR solution, LDSatellite®. Its hardware product adopts Flash electronic scanning technology, ensuring stability and reliability without any moving parts. The extensive vertical and horizontal field of view endows vehicles with comprehensive perception capabilities, capturing all low obstacles around the vehicle.
