Polysilicon
Polysilicon: The mainstream prices of recharging polysilicon and dense polysilicon were 60-63 yuan/kg and 56-60 yuan/kg respectively. The Polysilicon Price Index was 56.20 yuan/kg. Prices of newly signed polysilicon orders rose.
Supply and demand: The new round of polysilicon order signing prices has increased. There is a shortage of high-quality N-type polysilicon in the market. After price hike by major manufacturers, market sentiment is gradually improving. The latest mainstream transaction price has risen to 72 yuan/kg.
Module
Price: In yesterday’s market, the mainstream transaction price of bifacial-182mm monocrystalline PERC modules was 0.93 yuan/w, and that of bifacial-210mm monocrystalline PERC modules was 0.95 yuan/w.
Supply and demand: Module prices are generally stable, and bidding prices remain low. In February, many module companies showed a clear attitude towards reducing production. Recently, global module stocks have shown trend of falling. However, as overcapacity persists, end users continue to resist higher module prices.
PV film
Price
PV-grade EVA: The current trading price of domestic PV-grade EVA is around 11,090 yuan/mt, and the increase has gained pace. PV-grade EVA prices vary a lot, depending on different specifications.Transaction prices rose only slightly.
Photovoltaic film: The current mainstream price of 420g white EVA film is 6.72-6.93 yuan/square meter, that of 420g transparent EVA film is 6.26-6.47 yuan/square meter, that of 380g EPE film is 7.56-7.94 yuan/square meter, and that of 460g POE film remains at 13.34-13.80 yuan/square meter.
Supply and demand
PV-grade EVA: Tight inventory and rising EVA foam prices boosted PV-grade EVA prices. In addition, PV film makers are planning to stock up for upcoming Chinese New Year as their inventories have tightened.
PV film: Affected by the new LECO process, the demand for transparent PV film has gradually become more prominent. Large-scale purchases were reported and module manufacturers are more optimistic about new technologies.
Inverter
Price: This week’s inverter price range is 0.15-0.19 yuan/W for 20kw, 0.14-0.18 yuan/W for 50kw, and 0.12-0.17 yuan/W for 110kw.
Supply and demand: The overall prices remain stable. As the CNY holiday is drawing near, domestic orders remain weak while tenders also slowed down significantly. Demand for industrial and commercial high-power inverters is slightly better than other models.
