In terms of costs, last week witnessed a significant reduction in the price difference between nickel sulphate and primary nickel (briquettes), plummeting from 11,704 yuan/mt to -1,081.82 yuan/mt. This reversal is attributed to the rebound in nickel prices and the prolonged decline in nickel sulphate prices. Producing nickel sulphate using nickel briquettes again experienced a significant loss. Profit margins were at -5.5% for nickel briquettes and nickel powder-based nickel sulphate production lines.
