The scale of the data industry will reach 500 billion yuan, with an average annual compound growth rate of 15%, and 1,000 digital business enterprises will be fostered. We will build a super node for the big data and blockchain fusion application, form 1,000 high-quality data sets, create 1,000 brand data products, and select 20 national-level big data industries as demonstration benchmarks. The overall development ecology of data elements will jump, the network and data security systems will continuously improve, and international exchanges and cooperation will comprehensively deepen.
