According to the data released by the British shipbuilding and maritime industry analysis agency Clarksons on the 14th, the global ship order volume in July was 3.33 million CGT (Compensated Gross Tonnage), an increase of 22%, of which South Korean companies received orders of 1.46 million CGT, accounting for 44%, returning to the world’s first place after 5 months. China followed it with 1.13 million CGT, accounting for 34%. In terms of the number of ships, South Korea and China have received orders for 29 and 48 ships, respectively.
